Well, the sun's not so hot in the sky today, and you know I can see summertime slipping on away.
A few more geese are gone, a few more leaves turning red, but the grass is as soft as a feather in a featherbed
So I'll be king and you'll be queen, Our kingdom's gonna be this little patch of green.
~ September Grass, James Taylor

TODAY'S RECIPE & NUTRITION TIP!
Sweet Potato Hash - With Fall's cooler weather upon us, brisk mornings and chilly nights, there’s a definite need for hearty, comfort meals that taste as though they took a very long time to cook (but didn’t!). This warming one-dish hash is made in a skillet and brings that comfort to the table from start to finish in under 45 minutes. It’s loaded with heady aromas that come from the smokiness of the link sausage to the sweet potatoes that are slightly caramelized with a roasted flavor. Find the ingredients for this Sweet Potato hash at the market this Wednesday!

"Sweet potatoes are sweet, starchy root vegetables that are grown worldwide. They come in a variety of sizes and colors — including orange, white, and purple — and are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber.
Not to mention, they provide a number of health benefits and are easy to add to your diet." Here are 6 surprising health benefits of sweet potatoes from Healthline.com.

Be sure to visit all of our amazing farmers and producers as listed above, and cool your core with a Jessica's Snowball while you're at the Market this Wednesday!
