MUSIC AT THE MARKET: 4:00 -6:00 PM . Bob Bryant fell in love with The Great American Songbook after hearing Frank Sinatra sing 'In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning' in Barry Levinson's 'Tin Men' back in the eighties. He's been singing and recording with trios, solo piano, and big bands for decades, performing a mix of standards, classic pop, folk, and even a little country. Recently retired, Bob is emerging from a long break in his musical journey, and looks forward to interpreting a mix of ballads, folk, and classic pop for The Market.  Bob will hit it out of the Ballpark ... or FARMERS' MARKET ... for us this Wednesday!

TODAY'S RECIPE & NUTRITION TIP! Bell Pepper Egg in a Hole from Martha Stewart's 25 Bell Pepper Recipes That Make the Most of This Colorful Veg!   "Fresh, sweet bell peppers are a nice foil for the richness of the sunny yellow yolks. We lightened up the usual egg-in-a-hole by using bell peppers in place of the fried bread slices and serving the eggs on multigrain toast." Find your bell peppers, eggs, breads, and greens to make this beautiful & tasty plated recipe at the market this Wednesday!

According to Healthline's article, Bell Peppers 101: Nutrition Facts and Health Benefits,  "Bell peppers are very high in vitamin C, with a single one providing up to 169% of the RDI. Other vitamins and minerals in bell peppers include vitamin K1, vitamin E, vitamin A, folate, and potassium."
