"You'll be my soft and sweet, I'll be your strong and steady. You'll be my glass of wine, I'll be your shot of whiskey! You'll be my sunny day, I'll be your shade tree. You'll be my honeysuckle, I'll be your honey bee!"

TODAY'S RECIPE & NUTRITION TIP!
Nectarine Arugula Salad from  Taste of Home's 31 Farmers Market Dinners for August. Here's a summer salad that brightens any supper. The homemade dressing with a hint of berries is perfect with arugula, nectarines and blue cheese. Substitute a similar tasting local Whispering Breeze Cheese for the Blue Cheese, use Peaches from Pong's Orchard or Five Points Farm Market & Greenhouse instead of Nectarines, and check out the vinegar offered by The Urban Winery! Make this recipe fun with adding a few raspberries too! They add color to this amazing nutritious salad.

Whether you find raspberries at the farmers' market or pick them from a nearby wild raspberry bramble, they make a tasty snack. Raspberries are enjoyable all year long, fresh or frozen. These gorgeous gems aren't just delicious and versatile; they have an impressive nutritional profile that makes them one of the healthiest choices in the produce aisle. Here are 7 health benefits of raspberries, plus simple ways to include both fresh and frozen options into meals and snacks.

Be sure to visit all of our amazing farmers and producers as listed above, and cool your core with a Jessica's Snowball while you're at the Market this Wednesday!
