Join us for Week 9 of the 2018 Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market on Wednesday, June 18, 2018, 3-7 PM! We're in the Railyard behind the historic Mount Airy train station at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771. Convenient parking is available in upper and lower the Bank Parking Lots across Main Street and up in the Municipal Parking Lot off of Park Avenue.
Debut of Watermelon Season! Stop in to pick up your Watermelons starting this week at the market! YES!!! Summertime is really here! WATERMELONS HAVE AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS! Did you know that A cup (154 grams) of watermelon has many other nutrients as well, including these vitamins and minerals: Vitamin C. Vitamin A, Potassium, Magnesium, and Vitamins B1, B5 and B6!?! Watermelon is also high in carotenoids, including beta-carotene and lycopene. Plus, it has citrulline, an important amino acid.

They'll answer all your gardening questions; and if they don't know the answer, they'll have the answer for you next time after they've looked it up! They're that good!
