We’re here for you Mount Airy! We've got great local farmers and producers, great local music along with some beautiful local weather at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market for you this Wednesday, July 26, 3-7PM at the Mount Airy Municipal Parking Lot, Park Avenue and Cross Street, in Downtown Mount Airy, Maryland!

Come embrace and celebrate Maryland’s Buy Local Challenge this Wednesday, July 26, with us at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market. What is the Buy Local Challenge? The Buy Local Challenge is a personal commitment to support farms by eating local this week. And, we hope you will do just that at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market! 

LIVE MUSIC: Nick & Friends! Local Musician, Nick Sparacino along with "a little help from his friends," plays some really cool, light classic rock at a number of local venues including festivals and at the Music Cafe in nearby Damascus, Maryland.  Come out to support him and his group! They are proud to be playing for you!

When you're buying local, think about how to pair products, such as Blueberry Wine Cheese with fresh Blueberries ... or Raspberry Wine with some Black Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies.  And, if you're looking for something to eat while you're visiting the market, we have - in addition to all the farm-freshness, we have some flavorful, fresh coffee (iced and hot) delectable baked goods and wood-fired pizza ready in minutes!

WHAT'S IN SEASON? Look for locally grown, fresh-picked blueberries, blackberries, peaches, nectarines cantaloupes, watermelons, corn, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, summer squash, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, greens, onions, herbs and other locally grown, farm-fresh fruits & veggies. All of our farmers and producers are from within a 50-mile radius of the market.  They bring with them their locally grown/produced products, such as fruits, vegetables, cheeses, eggs, meats, plants, honey, baked goods, jams & jellies, coffee, wines, flowers, plants and more!
