It's a Brand New Season at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market starting on this Wednesday, June 3, 3-7 pm. We're here for you every Wednesday, 3-7 pm June - September in Downtown Mount Airy. The Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market - C. S. A. Edition 2020 is located in the Railyard behind the historic Mount Airy train station at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.  Convenient parking is available in Bank Parking Lots across Main Street and up in the  Municipal  Parking  Lot off of Park Avenue.

We've changed things a bit to maintain a safe and healthy marketplace due to COVID-19! We've gone back to basics and have a much smaller market will  but at the same time, we will still promote virtually our all those who have supported us through performing music, giving food and nutrition demos, as well as offering advice on gardening.

We have gone to a C.S.A. (Community Supported Agriculture) style Market where our patrons mainly preorder weekly from our vendors at the market. There will curbside pick-up with limited shopping allowed on site.

How Does the Farmers' Market Work Now?
Weekly Posting: Each Week, by No Later than Monday Morning, our weekly newsletter, This Week at the Market, will be posted which will list our vendors and what they have for preorder (see below). Each vendor will be on location for curbside pickups as well as for you to pick up items as needed. Runners will be able to help our Curbside Pick-up Patrons while some - as many as 10 patrons - will be able to enter each side of the market, below the center street steps and behind the train station.  We require face coverings to be worn within the marketplace, hands to be washed and social distancing. We ask you to shop quickly and allow the vendors to bag your purchases. And, please this season, no pets at the market.

Why does the My Airy Farmer's Market support white supremacy and police brutality? I'd like to know.
And yes, everything is a political statement. If you choose to remain silent, you are choosing white silence.
