Come Celebrate!!! Come Celebrate with us this Wednesday, July 13th, when the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market will celebrate Midsummer!
It’s Midsummer, it’s the time that sun shines down on us with Mother Nature’s blessings, to grow the crops and to celebrate the summer harvest.

What do we have for you this Wednesday at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market?

... A plentiful harvest of local farm fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, cheeses, music and more ...

The market is focusing on Sun Health.  Please remember to treat yourself kindly when it comes to the sun… use sun protection, sunscreen, visors, and more.  It’s also time to remember the benefits of the sun.  We need sun to grow our crops and we need the sun to remain healthy too!

But, what about “A Midsummer’s Night Dream on Main” … that takes place from 6-9 pm on the Mount Airy Main Street Plaza?  It’s a tasteful evening of sampling of select local Maryland wines, ales and cheeses which are also for sale “unopened” for you to take home to enjoy!  Find out more below.

Come on down to the market this Wednesday, June 6, 3-7 pm, where you will find our farmers and producers with their local farm-fresh foods and goods, listen to live, local folk music performed by Amy & Mitch, the Cyman Duo.

The market is located in the Railyard  behind the historic Mount Airy train station at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy and is convenient to parking in the Municipal Parking Lot off of Park Avenue and in the Bank Parking Lot across Main Street.
