TODAY'S RECIPE & NUTRITION TIP!  Vegetarian Stuffed Tomatoes from TheSpruceEats.com. Stuffed tomatoes are a fantastic vegetarian side dish. While they're ideal for summer meals and barbecues because that's the peak of tomato season, they make a versatile and easy addition to the dinner table any day of the year. Find your tomatoes, breads and more for this recipe at the market. In lieu of mozzarella and parmesan, try substituting Moo Cow Creamery's Smoked Gouda cheese which you may find at Chestnut Hill Farm & Market's stand.

What's so great about tomatoes?
Tomatoes are loaded with a substance called lycopene. It gives them their bright red color and helps protect them from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. In much the same way, it can help protect your cells from damage. Tomatoes also have potassium, vitamins B and E, and other nutrients. Learn about the many health benefits of eating tomatoes by reading the following WebMD article,  The Health Benefits of Tomatoes.
