BUY LOCAL! EAT FRESH! Celebrate August's Abundant Harvest!  Find farm-fresh foods,  locally grown flowers and pottery from our featured grower and producer, Stem & Stone,  Old Time Music and SO MUCH MORE LOCAL FARM FRESHNESS at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market this Wednesday, 3-7 PM,  August 2nd - Rain, Shine or Heat of Day!  We will be in the Railyard behind the historic Mount Airy Train Station, at 3 North Main Street in Mount Airy, Maryland, this Wednesday and every Wednesday, 3-7 PM, through September 27,  2023!  Convenient parking is available in the lower lot of Liquidity Aleworks, in the new Municipal Lot at the corner of Prospect and N. Main St., and  up in the  Municipal  Parking  Lot off of Park Avenue.  You may even enjoy a nature walk by parking at Watkins Park & walking down the Rails-to-Trails path to the market! 

Wish to hop the occasional bus to the market?  The bus service will run TODAY, Wednesday, August 2, 3-6PM. The Mount Airy Senior Task Support (MASTS)  is continuing their bus service on the first and third Wednesdays, 3-6 PM,  from  the Mount Airy Senior Center in Carroll County and from ​the American Legion Gold Star Post #191  in Frederick County

CLUB -  4PM & 6PM -  Kids 5-15 who go through our educational program, a fun Storytime and a Short Kid's Nutritional Tour of the market this Wednesday, August 2nd, will get a $5 voucher to use at the market towards healthy locally grown and produced foods! ​*Limited to 25 kids per scheduled MAMSFM Kids! Club day.

MUSIC AT THE MARKET ~ 4-6PM: Karen & Otis from Three-4-All will be performing "Old-Time" tunes at the Market. The songs will be from the period from before time began ... no, not really, but before 1927 and within the public domain! They'll be playing a little Ragtime, Folk, American ballads, Blues and more! It'll be a treat to have music back at the market once more. Look for them to perform again on Wednesday, September 6th!
