Welcome to our first week of our Extended Fall Market Season of the 2020 Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market, this Wednesday, October 7, 2-6PM!

​We've got a nice line up as you'll see below with a new vendor, Apple Valley out of Biglerville, PA! Please give German Rivas a warm welcome as Apple Valley helps us fulfill our mission, to help bring you - our Greater Mount Airy community - the  best in locally grown and produced, farm-fresh and healthy foods.

​We're in the Railyard behind the historic Mount Airy train station at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.  Convenient parking is available in the upper  Bank Parking Lot across Main Street and up in the  Municipal  Parking  Lot off of Park Avenue.

MUSIC AT THE MARKET: 3:30-5:30 PM - Sara Towe Horsfall.  Enjoy listening to  Sara on the classical guitar playing some old time classics and more! Her music and the market just go together like Grapes to Wine, and Apples do to Apple Cider!

VENDORS:  The Farmers and Producers at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market who are taking pre-orders for this  Wednesday, October 7th, are found below as well as what they are offering this week. Each will have products at the market for sale as well. Please call them directly to pre-order.   Remember to pre-order from the vendors below by this Tuesday, October 6th  or stop by the market this Wednesday to pick up your locally grown and produced foods! ​{Remember: Face coverings/masks must be worn, practice social 6' distancing, no pets, shop quickly, bring a list...  click here for a refresher about our safety precautions & rules.

Try something new while in Mount Airy along Main Street! Visit "The Simpson-Baker-Bowlus Pop Up Park across Main Street behind the Bank Building!"  Find time to support a Main Street business when you can. As businesses are starting to open back up, be sure to visit them online or in person. Many are making appointments to accommodate your needs.  A list of Main Street merchants can be found on the  Mount Airy Main Street Association's Website.

​The  Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market 2020 Extended Fall Season  runs on Wednesdays, October 7, 14 & 21,  2:00 - 6:00 PM, though our annual market season runs Wednesday afternoons, mid-May-September.  It is located in the historic Town of Mount Airy, Maryland in the Railyard behind the historic Mount Airy Train Station at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.
