Ratatouille by Tasty.com - Enjoy this seasonal Colorful Dish featuring Tomatoes, Yellow Squash, Zucchini and Eggplant with a savory sauce made from red, yellow & green bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic and onion. As we're transitioning from Summer-to-Fall, try a Fall Ratatouille which features fall produce such as Orange Sweet Potatoes, Yellow Potatoes, Purple Sweet Potatoes, Delicata Squash and Gala Apples. What is Ratatouille? It’s not just a popular Disney movie! Ratatouille is considered a healthy and very filling dish. It is a well-known vegetable stew hailing from Provence, a region in France famous for the bounty of its produce. It’s no surprise then that this stew is a celebration of hard-working farmers and the fruits of their labor. It’s common to find eggplant, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, and herbs all cooked slowly in olive oil in this hearty and comforting staple. The ingredients may vary from recipe to recipe, but these are the essentials. Learn more about Ratatouille here. Remember to Make it Memorable on Main! Shop. Dine. Tour & Enjoy!
