Join us for the Week 5 of the 2018 Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market on Wednesday, June 13 2018, 3-7 PM!  We're in the Railyard behind the historic Mount Airy train station at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.  Convenient parking is available in upper and lower the Bank Parking Lots across Main Street and up in the  Municipal  Parking  Lot off of Park Avenue.

Music at the Market: 3:30-6:00 ~ Listen to the Music at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market! Adding the vibe to the market this Wednesday, June 13, is Scott Barrett, local musician extraordinaire!

Scott has performed at numerous Mount Airy events, including our Market! 
We're sure you'll enjoy his renditions of classic hit tunes, from the Rolling Stones "Route 66" to The Doobie Brother's "Black Water," and many others, including his own.

Feel the Churn Butter Aerobics 2018: 6:00-6:30 ~ Burn Fat to Make Fat, Butter Fat that is at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market Butter Aerobics.  Shake it 'til you make it, Butter, that is! Led by Health Unlimited's Fitness Dance Instructor, Amie Hojnacke, you'll be making your own butter to take with you. We'll provide you with pint jars with heavy whipping cream (butter cream) provided by Dairy Maid Dairy. Participation is limited to 12 people.  A minimum donation of $10 is requested to sustain the market's Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL) programs throughout the season . Registration begins at 5:45PM.  Please note: State Farm Agent, Sheri Cates, graciously passed the baton to allow the market to take on the butter aerobics, started in 2015 to kick-off fundraising activities in support of Making Strides against Breast Cancer.   Sheri will also be at the market to fundraise for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, selling bags of Peanuts that come along with a coupon for a free appetizer from our local Texas Roadhouse locations in Frederick and Westminster.

COLLECTING ESSENTIALS FOR ELLICOTT CITY: We're Collecting Essentials for Ellicott City flood victims again at the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market this Wednesday, June 13, 3-7PM.  At this time, we've been told that they are transitioning to being in need of Nonperishable Foods and every-day essentials. Please come by the Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market to fill our tubs this Wednesday. Items donated  will be taken to the Howard County Food Bank this Thursday morning.
