Steven is a local folk singer/song writer who is recognized by BILLBOARD MAGAZINE as an “Essential for fans of sensitive acoustic music.... Gellman has sort of a John Denver-ish voice in the way he hangs on to a note and floats the vibrato and carries the sentiment of his lyrics.

TODAY'S RECIPE & NUTRITION TIP!

Strawberry and Spinach Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette from AllRecipes.com
"This strawberry spinach salad with balsamic is a great easy summer dish with many options for mixing and matching. Plus, the salad looks pretty fancy. You can throw in any summer fruit or berry with this mix. Blueberries and raspberries are a good choice, as are blackberries later in the season. The nuts are optional, but pecans or roasted almonds add a little crunch and more protein!"

"What’s small, red, and packed with more vitamin C than an orange? Strawberries. You might not think much of the strawberries you blend into a smoothie or add to your morning oatmeal, but the small yet mighty fruit is loaded with health benefits." Learn more by reading the article,  9 Ways Strawberries Can Protect Your Heart, Brain, Immunity, and More, courtesy of Prevention.com.

Be sure to visit all of our amazing farmers and producers as listed above, and cool your core with a Jessica's Snowball while you're at the Market this Wednesday!
