Look for us next Wednesday, September 29th, 3-7 PM, our final market of the 2021 season! We hope Mother Nature will grant us a beautiful, sunny, fall day!
Hope to see all of our local patrons when we celebrate another great season when we host our Fall Party and Last Market Day Celebration next Wednesday, September 29th, with some hot apple cider and fall festivities! We'll have music provided by our local vocalist, Bobby Bryant! It'll be a great day to end the season.
VENDORS AT THE MARKET: Our Farmers and Producers, and passionate community members next Wednesday,
September 29th, are slated to be:
TODAY'S RECIPE! Apple Dumplings from Pioneer Woman's 35 Best Apple Dessert Recipes to Make Again and Again this Fall Crispy on top with a melt-in-your-mouth center, these apple dumplings turn simple ingredients into a magnificent dessert. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for good measure.
COVID 19 Updates: Our patrons may still place preorders for pick-up at the market during 2021. While the statewide mandates set by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to mitigate COVID-19 have been relaxed and lifted, the Delta variant is still on the rise. If you are not vaccinated, we encourage you to wear a mask to protect yourself and others. We request that everyone entering the market show respect for our community. Our patrons, vendors and farmers' market team appreciate it.
We encourage social distancing, and hand washing/sanitation while on-site at the market. Our vendors who are serving samples and prepared food will still wear masks to protect the public; however, we leave the choice to you to mask up. Patience is appreciated as we navigate health and safety practices as we recover from uncertain times. As Spock would say, "Live Long and Prosper." That's what we want for you, so come Buy Local and Eat Fresh and Healthy, and spend time outside with us at the 2021 Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market!
