MUSICIANS WANTED! We are starting a new music program this season to add the vibe back into the market.  We are seeking musicians who will perform only songs that are in the public domain and/or serenade us with their own compositions, and who will play for tips contributed on-location or through their virtual tip jars. Click here for a short list of appropriate public domain songs published before 1925. You can play classical music (Beethoven's 5th Symphony, anyone?) or old traditional folk ballads (Wayfaring Stranger is a good one!). If interested, please email MtAiryMainStreetFarmersMarket.org.

STORYTIME AT THE MARKET: Join us for stories as told and read by local storyteller, Laura Zaborowski on select Wednesday afternoons around 4:30 p.m. on the train station's platform stage at the 2021 Mount Airy Main Street Farmers’ Market!
Great for Kids (of All Ages)! Sponsored by The Last Word Bookstore.

COVID 19 Updates: Our patrons may still place preorders for pick-up at the market during 2021.  While the statewide mandates set by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to mitigate  COVID-19  have been relaxed and lifted, we request that everyone entering the market show respect for our community. Our patrons, vendors and farmers' market team appreciate it.

We encourage  social distancing, and hand washing/sanitation while on-site at the market. Our vendors who are serving samples and prepared food will still wear masks to protect the public; however, we leave the choice to you to mask up. Patience is appreciated as we navigate health and safety practices as we recover from uncertain times. As Spock would say, "Live Long and Prosper." That's what we want for you, so come Buy Local and Eat Fresh and Healthy, and spend time outside with us at the 2021 Mount Airy Main Street Farmers' Market!
